This audiobook begins with the story of a hobbit, Frodo Baggins, who inherits the ring from his Uncle Bilbo (the focus of the prequel: The Hobbit), and is urged by Gandalf the Grey to undergo a quest to destroy the ring. He sets off with several hobbit companions, including his best friend Sam, and are soon joined by a representative from all of the “good” kingdoms: elves, dwarves, and humans.

The small traveling party’s objective is to travel across Middle Earth to destroy the ring in the volcano in Mordor where it was forged, before the evil Sauron can take control of it and use it to conquer the Earth.

The Return of the King is the last part of the Trilogy, The Lord of the Rings. This story is the masterpiece of the author, J. R. R. Tolkien’s and is a fictitious story. This is the end of his amazing trilogy and is based on the volumes comes in second and third.

Audiobook Review

Tolkien is the master of world building. With his writing comes generations of detailed history and lore. Middle Earth did not simply spring up overnight.

Instead, it is firmly established with the most thorough groundwork that is simply unmatched. And here his epic trilogy comes to an end. I’ve read it many times over the years and reviewing it is no easy task.

So, like my reviews of the first two books, I’ve picked out ten things I really love about the book.

The Narrator

The narrator of this amazing novel, The Fellowship of the Rings Audiobook Mp3, is Rob Inglis, also known as Robert Inglis. Rob Inglis was born in 1933. He is not only a narrator of different books such as The Lord of the Rings, Unabridged and The Hobbit as well. But, he is also an actor, producer, critic, writer as well as a journalist. The audience has also loved his work a lot as he provided different voice according to the situation in the novel which is quite and catchy and is also loved by the audience.
