Blue Shadow Audiobook Streaming Online by Brad Magnarella
Blue Shadow Audiobook is already the 2nd installment of the wonderful Blue Wolf series of best-selling author Brad Magnarella. After the introduction in the first book, Captain Jason Wolfe becomes the head of a new team in Blue Shadow.
Ancient magic and eastern mysticism rule the story, making it interesting. This is a high-action adventure set in contemporary times with a good dollop of the supernatural.
Will Jason and his team did over the answers in time to save the children and destroy the evil power behind it all, or be destroyed themselves? Let’s listen and find out.
Plot Summary
In the hopes of curing his curse and returning to his fiancé, Jason Wolfe agrees to command a corporate monster-hunting unit. But the team isn’t exactly what he had in mind…
A priest, a ninja, a zombie, and a guy who looks like he should be working for crew on the carny circuit. To be fair, not all of Jason’s new charges are keen on being trained by a werewolf.
But ready or not, the team has just been called to a job. Something is snatching children from a small town in southern Mexico. Worse, all signs point to vampires — and a darker, more malevolent force.
As evil grips, the vulnerable town, Jason’s ability to lead and his Blue Wolf’s instincts to protect will be challenged like never before, especially as trouble looms back home.
Can he rally his misfit crew before the evil claims them?
Or will his team’s first mission be its last?
Audiobook Review
Brad Magnarella has written a very good story for the second book – Blue Shadow Audiobook mp3 in his Blue Wolf series.
Unlike many other books in a similar vein, Mr. Magnarella’s books are always about hope, even when faced with pure evil. He has created some very interesting new unique characters and indications are that each one will have important stories to come out in future books.
The story well just downright amazing. Blue Curse sets a whole new world up for the next series and even got some good development with Jason Wolfe, the main character from beginning to end. He puts just enough details and explanations into his story and characterizations to make them interesting and believable without getting wordy and bogged down.
Lots of twists and suspense, interpersonal “adjustments”, lots of weaponry, conflict with the suits back at HQ, and even a consultation with mage Prof Croft. Great characters, horrible enemies, and some really intense suspense and action.
About the narration, James P Cronin does an excellent job narrating the book and bringing the characters to life with so many voices including a bunch of people and various Mexican accents.
Highly recommended if you are into magic and therianthropes and shifters and action. I’m looking forward to the upcoming audiobook as well.
