the problem I am experiencing now is that starting this morning a large portion of the titles are behind an unlock passcode. You have a link to “get unlock code” but the link is just a redirect to Amazon. I’ve scoured the website looking for a way to access any info about the unlock code but have come up with nothing. Any idea when this will be fixed?
