Plot Summary

Logan Tom has journeyed to desolate Seattle to protect a ragged band of street urchins and the being known as the gypsy morph, who is both mortal and magical, and destined to save mankind unless he is destroyed.

Audiobook review
The second book in Brooks’ Genesis of Shannara series is full of exciting, escapist fun. This book introduces several new characters along the way along with odd and enjoyable encounters and challenges but some of the characters introduced in the book seem perfunctory and it reads like about 100 pages were cut from the story (the second half seems rushed).
The Elves of Cintra Audiobook Mp3 is a magnificent audiobook. I’ve listened to all of Terry Brooks’ previous books, and his unique storytelling style continues to shine through with each new book he releases. This is true with this book, as well. The characters are well-developed and the reader can easily identify with them. The story is wonderfully created and flows together very nicely. The ending is the perfect lead-in to the next book in the series.
I give this audiobook my highest recommendation. Terry Brooks is one of the masters of the fantasy genre, and this great book maintains his spot at the top of the list. Listen to this great book and experience fantasy fiction at its absolute best.

Audiobook review
If you’ve never listened to a Terry Brooks novel, then I don’t advise you to start here. Armageddon’s Children Audiobook Mp3 is set sometime after The Word & The Void Trilogy and sometime before The Sword of Shannara.
This book focuses on four separate storylines: Logan Tom, Angel, Kirisin, and Hawk. The world has been pretty much destroyed and the demons are leading the once men in the destruction of the human race. Through this audiobook, you watch each of the three main characters and separate quests to either helped mankind or a group they are supporting. There are also several chapters where main characters have flashbacks, which help you relate to the characters.
The story revolves around three such would-be saviors and the authors take care to unfold their backstories in a kind of deferred flashback process, where the listener is fed small tantalizing morsels of each of these characters along the way, which I enjoyed.
Dick Hill provides an excellent narration of the story, from clearly differentiating between genders, demons and heroes.

Audiobook review
Nice ending to the trilogy.
What this book had that was better than the first two: Villains. Sinister, creepy villains. Not the cookie-cutter bad demons from the first two. Findo Gask and Penny Dreadful were wickedly delicious. Had to love Twitch too, and the whatever-it-was shadow thing (ur’droch).
Again, the author keeps giving us little bits of information about the Word, the Void and slowly entering concepts in a way that doesn’t overwhelm and feels more like a gradual diffusion of information instead of a lecture on magic and lore, which made it quite enjoyable to listen.
This was easily, in my opinion, the best of the three novels. I could not put it down, and as a consequence I am writing this review, clinging to my coffee mug trying to keep my eyes open, and I regret nothing.

Audiobook review
Number two in the Terry Brooks urban fantasy series doesn’t disappoint. I didn’t like it quite as much as the first, but it was pretty close.
That audiobook was a bit of a slog but showed enough that I decided to continue the series. A Knight of the Word AUdiobook Mp3 is a writing of the highest level. Fast-paced, intricate, fluid.
In this book Mr. Brooks takes us on an adventure that has a wonderful hunt throughout the text as we try to figure out who is the bad guy (or gal). Hints as to this person’s identity abound and just when you think you have it all figured out Brooks drops a wrench into the works and you’re back at the guessing game again. It was a wonderful way to involve me (or you, the reader) in the story making it personal and oh so imperative that “we” figure out who the bad folks are before the end comes.
Wonderful. Simply wonderful.

Running with the Demon Audiobook Mp3 is a dark and complex story of the battle between good and evil. This is not Lord of the Rings or even Shannara. It is something completely different and it hooked me right from the start. If you think you know fantasy, if you think it’s all wizards and swords, you’re wrong.
The plot is expertly done, interweaving multiple subplots and a mystery to build the tension to the final confrontation. And Brooks is as usual excels at action sequences, although there’s only one really epic magical battle in the book.

This book expands upon the history of the Elves, which was only hinted at in the preceding story, and follows Wil Ohmsford, grandson of Shea (the hero of the first book) and inheritor of the Shannara Elfstones.
Plot Summary
An ancient evil threatens the Elves and the Races of Man. The Ellcrys, the tree of long-lost Elven magic, is dying, unraveling the spell of Forbidding that locks the hordes of Demons away from the world.
Already the fearsome Reaper is free. Only by quickening a new seed in the mysterious Bloodfire can the Ellcrys be reborn and the Forbidding made whole. Amberle, a young Elven girl, is chosen to undertake the quest for the Bloodfire.
The way is perilous, though. Other demons besides the Reaper stalk the land. Amberle will need a protector if she is to prevail, and Wil Ohmsford, heir to the Elven magics of Shannara, is chosen to accompany her.

Audiobook Review
Elfstones of Shannara Audiobook Mp3 was definitely my favorite of the original trilogy, in that while it was measurably predictable at points, it was predictable in a way that entertained me. This one is a little deeper and had some really nice magical moments. I was very entranced with the story and was excited to pick it up again each night.
There are some interesting characters in this audio. Some heartache, loss, and sadness. A good amount of magic, intrigue, mystery make this a fun read.
The narration can be jarring, to begin with, but I soon got past it. Scott Brick reading was absolutely fantastic the nation mark Terry Brooks stories are always enjoyable. It’d be nice to have heard more differentiation between the characters in the reading.

The Wishsong of Shannara Audiobook Free by Terry Brooks
The Wishsong of Shannara Audiobook is an epic fantasy book by American writer Terry Brooks. It is the final audio in the Original Shannara Trilogy, with the other two being The Sword of Shannara and The Elfstones of Shannara.
Once again focusing on the descendants of Jerle Shannara, the third story focuses on Brin and Jair Ohmsford. They are the children of Wil and Eretria Ohmsford, and they soon encounter our favorite brooding druid Allanon. The siblings, each possessing an inherited magic, must save the Four Lands from the evil magic within a tome called the Ildatch.
A great ending to the Trilogy that started the world of Shannara. This sure was a great read, and I am happy that Terry Brooks decided to follow his gut and write it.
Plot Summary
Horror stalks the Four Lands. The Ildatch, ancient source of evil, has stirred to life. It sends its foul Mord Wraiths to make war on all living things and bring about, at last, Mankind’s destruction.
Once again Allanon, Druid Protector of the Races, must seek the help of a descendant of the Elven King, Jerle Shannara. Brin, daughter of Wil Ohmsford, has been born with the magic of the Wishsong, which alone can open a way to the Ildatch.
Reluctantly, she joins Allanon on his perilous journey east. Meanwhile, her younger brother, Jair, learns that Brin will fail and die unless he can reach her in time. As Brin walks blindly into the trap the Ildatch has set, Jair’s only hope of reaching her in time is to travel through the very heart of evil…
Audiobook Review
This is Terry Brooks’ true masterpiece in my eyes, and still my personal favorite in the Shannara series. I would actually place Wishsong of Shannara Audiobook Mp3 in the top three within the fantasy genre, and it even had a scene that put a tear in my eye.
Mr. Brooks audiobooks have similar storylines or seemingly recycled characters, but I find that he captures my imagination each time, despite this. His books work for me because they are good against evil, and he sends his characters on impossible missions and they overcome through self-sacrifice and love. Characters are developed thoroughly and the story is fast-paced. There is enough romance, danger, mystery, and magic to keep me re-listening to this book.
Overall a well-written conclusion to the original trilogy, although it lacks Brook’s usual wrap-up of the post-drama character’s lives. I believe he was already setting the stage for the next set, The Scions of Shannara.
Highly recommended to all Shannara fan.

The entire series is excellent however the this book is what originally roped me in. It will unlock your imagination and you feel for the characters. You feel as though you are in the story.

Audiobook Review
I know Terry Brooks himself has said the Lord of the Rings influenced him however I find his books more entertaining and easier to read. There is a lot of snobbery in the fantasy readers world, of course, there are similarities to Lord of the Rings as there are with many others.
Sword of Shannara Audiobook Mp3 is what I like to see in a fantasy novel. This has everything that makes the genre so appealing to me. It’s got a diverse set of races and cultural systems; it’s got both great darkness and profound good. But, most importantly, it’s got history.
Brooks develops each member of the fellowship individually, allowing you to get to know them as people outside of this life-altering and earth-shattering quest. The intertwining storylines of the characters, all heading towards the same basic end goal, was complexly compelling. Not only did it keep the plot moving but it also let me get to know everyone in their own manner.
I’d would recommend this book. And now, I’m about to start the Elfstones of Shannara.

I especially liked the relationship between the protagonist in the new monster. It kind of reinvigorated my love for the series. I thought the audiobook would be stale after the 7th entry but it turns out it’s absolutely not the case

“Dude! It finally came!” My roommate barely withheld his excitement as he barreled into the living room of our apartment with a package in his hand. “Check it out, Jacob.” He smiled as he tore at the brown paper surrounding his purchase.
As he ripped the covering off the package, bits and pieces scattered all across the floor of the living room like confetti. For a second, I thought about lecturing Todd about not making a mess of our apartment, but who was I kidding? This place was already a shithole. At least some half-assed confetti would make it feel a little livelier.
My roommate was your stereotypical stoner archetype. Seriously, he looked like he belonged in a hippie van solving mysteries with a Great Dane. Todd’s long, blond hair was always greasy and unkempt, and the smell of the sweet leaf reeked off him so frequently that most people just assumed he was using a hemp-laced cologne.
To top off his look, Todd wore a bit of scruff on his chin in the shape of a rough soul patch, as well as a t-shirt with the logo of whatever old-school rock band or metal band that he was currently listening to.

Jacob has the powers of both he’ll ad heaven. He is learning to use them while being attacked a lot by the forces of hell. The best way to recharge is to have a lot of descriptive sex with 3 beautiful Succubus, but he’s up to the challenge.
The narrators are amazing! I really like that Eric chose to use two narrators for this series and some of his other books as well. I hope they continue to narrate these books and more of Eric’s audiobooks.
The audiobook is long and l had to force me to read through the story, but in the end, it got better.

Everything you want in a haremlit audiobook. A good story. You should listen to it. I like the story. The characters are and sexy. They just keep getting better and better, continue to grow and evolve. It all makes for a great audiobook, that I couldn’t put down. I can’t wait for the next book.

This is still giving me a sore jaw with the smile stuck on my face the whole time as I listen to the antics of Jake and Todd and the harem of Succubi. The demonic/angelic fights, the succubus sex and Jake continuing to increase in power is a great story.
As with the other audiobooks in this series, the action is near-constant and there’s a healthy dose of NSFW as well. If you like this genre, I feel confident you will enjoy this as well.
Narration is particularly good, having a male/female duo works so well! Each is great on their own but paired together. It’s awesome!

If you like his writing, this will not disappoint. He follows his known pattern of interaction with his succubus his devil imp buddy Todd, and his need to recreate the circle of sin.
The narration team is just perfect for this series. They add so much to the story, and Jessica does a great jo differentiating each of the female characters.

Don’t stop with this story. It’s great with great characters. I like the story to continue. There is so much to the story. Still, have the trail, get back to earth realm, and many more demon lords and queens to go up against.
The sex scenes are not once every 20-30 pages, and they make sense in the world Eric has set up for us to enjoy. Loved Eligor and what I imagine as a comic book Red Sonya style of bikini armor. Too bad, you didn’t have her on your cover.

It’s a great addition to the series with the usual humor and sex but Eric Valls excessive use of the phrase “and then” slows the book down and reduces the readability.
Eric Vall is one of the most talented and skilled authors I enjoy his work greatly. And this book is no different also with the voice acting talents and skills of Christopher Boucher and Jessica Threet that makes the characters and world come alive with there narration.
